I love my explorer and tell people this when asked. I will buy another one, but I will NOT buy from these guys and will certainly NOT bring my vehicle to them for service. I went for an oil change and it ended up costing me nearly $700! The servicen advisor suggested I change the differential fluid, which would cost $200, and I agreed to the service but cant understand how it ended up costing so much! Terrible communication! The dealership repaired a manufacturing defect (front right door/rear right door) scraping against each other) on a new truck I purchased from them as shoddily as possible. They did not fully repaint th right door/rear right door) scraping against each other) on a new truck I purchased from them as shoddily as possible. They did not fully repaint the doors despite raw silver metal showing on both doors. The dealership touched it up so badly that you could feel bumpy paint and see the yellow undercoat. I complained and they buffed it so it looked “good” to them but further inspection showed still had rough paint. While it seemed that they will fulfill their responsibilities in a manufacturing defect in an upfront and fair manner, the experience at this dealership was unnecessarily awful and deceptive. Save yourself the frustration. Avoid at all costs. More

The service advisor told me the front and back four wheel drive mechanism needed oil changes and it would cost a little more than $500. I mentioned I did not see that requirement in my car owner’s manual. He claimed it was required service according to Ford. I researched. It is not recommended by Ford. Shame of you Tasca Ford Yonkers. More
TASCA FORD YONKERS On 4/11/23 I brought my 2019 Lincoln MKC in for service. I needed an oil change and to check out the hill brake light that came on. The car had only 420 four hundred twenty miles Lincoln MKC in for service. I needed an oil change and to check out the hill brake light that came on. The car had only 420 four hundred twenty miles. Robert Volpi was the Advisor Thomas Graff was the Tech. Volpi wrote out an estimate He indicated on the estimate that the car had over 16,800 Sixteen thousand eight hundred miles. I asked him to change it. He said he couldn’t. He said (with a grin) that’s the milage it would have if I used the car more. I am an elderly woman and I had 2 of my granddaughters with me. Mr Volpi and Mr Graff put that high mileage on the form in order to DEFRAUD ME. We were there for hours, the last to be done. I’m totally disappointed with Tasca Ford. I will attach to this memo copies of the documents I referred to. Poor way to conduct business. Not my first car. Brakes at 420 miles? More
