I continue to have issues with this service department and this is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Bill Kay but it doesn't seem like they want to keep my business. Some of the service reps are not hone and this is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Bill Kay but it doesn't seem like they want to keep my business. Some of the service reps are not honest individuals and that reflects poorly on the entire dealership as well as Ford Corp. I came in for issues with my trans shifting roughly and a wheel alignment check because the vehicle pulls me into oncoming traffic. I went for a drive with the tech (Daniel Sharp) who while driving felt the rough shifts and suggested doing a update check for PCM software and /or a reset so the Trans can learn my driving style. Without checking the numbers he stated I didn't need an alignment which I know can't be diagnosed by hitting a few side streets and should've been check electronically. After waiting a short while I was told the vehicle was ready. No invoice or any communication about what was found or anything so after realizing I didn't get an invoice I had to call and ask for an invoice and return to pick it up the next day. Upon seeing the invoice it's states that Daniel couldn't duplicate the issue. But stated that after the reset it would get worse than it is now until it re-learns my driving style. I try to be patient with this glitchy new technology in these vehicles but when the service department isn't doing there part to assist customers when issues arise I'm being forced to do bad reviews and go above the normal procedures to be treated with respect. Why force a customer into other car brands when they are trying to stick with you and save your jobs that are already in jeopardy due to declining sales. More
