Always A Fight for My Rights Only went because services was a warranty item. However, initially service representative told me that it was not a warranty item. I insisted that he looked further in my records and he begrudgingly agreed and had to look into further and would let me know the next day. Okay, perhaps I did not make it clear that my issue was a faulty battery. I was without a vehicle for 3 days due to a faulty battery that was covered under warranty. The battery leaked, ruined my cables and now I must fight to have the damage caused by the leaking battery to my cables be covered too. Yep, this experience is typical here and that is why I will not buy another Ford ever again. More

When I went to pick up the loaner car I had the opportunity to speak with Charles Dudzik the mechanic. who took the time to explain to me what was going on. I have dealt with Charles many times in the past and I am always happy to see him servicing my vehicles. Vehicle is now running fine and I am very satisified with the overall experience. As of this time I intend to have all of my service needs addressed by your service department. More
