Oil change Although we had an appointment for 9:30am we were not happy that it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours to complete. However, the service counter gentleman wa Although we had an appointment for 9:30am we were not happy that it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours to complete. However, the service counter gentleman was extremely wonderful and our vehicle was ready within an hour. He also found an issue where a screw needed to be replaced and he took care of that. If it weren't for this service guy, I would not return to this location. More

Walk in Service. I was a walk in for an oil change and overall check up. I was courteously provided with the service I requested and even had a cup of tea that the ser I was a walk in for an oil change and overall check up. I was courteously provided with the service I requested and even had a cup of tea that the service desk person prepared for me. I also got a courtesy car wash. The service manager checked on me in the waiting room asking if I needed anything. I was pleased with the timely service without an appointment. More
Service department is just bad Bring car in for service and am told a part is covered by warranty or sales, either way it's covered. Week and a half later, I call service to set up Bring car in for service and am told a part is covered by warranty or sales, either way it's covered. Week and a half later, I call service to set up my appointment and am shuffled to parts to check on my own warranty parts that the service department ordered for some reason. I am told parts are sitting there. I make an appointment and bring the car back in. They fix one issue and don't fix the bigger issue. I'm told that's not covered. I tell them I was told it is by "X" service advisor. They say he's not with them anymore and that it was never covered. I asked why parts were ordered then. I'm still told that the advisor was wrong. I've decided to cut my losses with Bill Kay. Second and last car I'll ever buy there and definitely never be back for anything again. I will tell my story to all who will listen.
