Manager Made It Right I scheduled a 1230 oil change and by 145 my car had not even been started. I had many other errands to run that day and before I could even get upset I scheduled a 1230 oil change and by 145 my car had not even been started. I had many other errands to run that day and before I could even get upset the manager was working to make it right. He offered to take care of my oil change this visit and when I said I can no longer waste more of my time to wait he offered me a loaner car to do my other errands AND offered to take care of my oil change the next time. I have been disappointed a few times in the past waiting over 2hrs for a scheduled oil change and this is the first time I felt someone cared to make me happy for their backed up schedule. I like to support local businesses which is why i keep coming back. Huge thank you to the manager. I think his name was Patrick. More
Things were good Only bad thing was taking two hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades. Incomplete I came in with my coupon for oil change & tire rotation. I was told the tire rotation couldn't be done because they didn't have a lift to put it on. I I came in with my coupon for oil change & tire rotation. I was told the tire rotation couldn't be done because they didn't have a lift to put it on. I ask if it could be done without a lift and the service person said yes but it will take to long. Since the only option left was getting the oil change i asked if a discount was available. My coupon was for 39.95 & I was charged 38.88 for only the oil change, discount of a dollar. Unacceptable More
