If I could give zero stars I would The poor service started when my band new custom ordered mustang was vandalized in bill kay fords service lot. I was never notified while I was on va The poor service started when my band new custom ordered mustang was vandalized in bill kay fords service lot. I was never notified while I was on vacation and only found out when I called to check the status of my repair. The police were never notified. I was told the Midlothian police were notified, but when I went to the police station, there was nothing filed by the dealership. Sub par repair work was done on my car and after MULTIPLE attempts to get my car fixed, I was treated incredibly poorly. I had to make several trips into bill kay and made multiple phone calls trying to resolve this. I took pictures as did the service department only to be told that "we don't use pictures" Then why did they take pictures? JT says he doesn't remember my wife and I going into the show room, sitting at his desk and talking directly to him. PJ was the most incompetent, rude and nasty person I have ever encountered. In the last 5 years, I bought a ford escape, and 3 mustangs all from bill kay ford. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BILL KAY FORD AGAIN. I was threatened with police action the last time I went into the showroom trying to get the damage repaired to my car. BILL KAY FORD, YOU HAVE LOST ALL MY BUSINESS AS A DIRECT RESULT OF JT'S AND PJ'S POOR SERVICE. More
