Service The experience that I had at this location was just below average. I came in to follow up about my brakes from the previous day, I had an oil change w The experience that I had at this location was just below average. I came in to follow up about my brakes from the previous day, I had an oil change with tire rotation. On both days I was serviced by Carlos. The first day was just okay. Upon going back, I was told the service of the rear brakes would be roughly 1 to 2 hours. I also wanted the mechanic to fix issue with tires because leaving the service department prior to today, the light stayed on after putting air in the tires. I was very mindful and patient for 2 1/2 hours. When Carlos came out, he gave an update and told me he had a guy test drive the car and offered a car wash, I accepted the offer. I looked back at service my car was still up. So roughly 30 minutes passed I went to ask him what was going on with my car he then stated something about my tires, at this point I thought everything was a green when I heard the test drive. I was pressed for time to pick my children up. I suddenly decline the car wash and when he saw that u was becoming impatient after waiting 3 1/2 hours my vehicle was out in 15 minutes. While I was in the waiting area nearly every salesman came in to either get something from the vending machine or grab coffee yet no one noticed they had customer waiting. A simple hello or good morning would have been fine. The only employee that spoke was a gentleman who came in to clean. He asked how I was doing all while doing his job. My service was just okay. It mostly likely wont be a place I'll be going to when I can get the same service else where. More
