They are very courteous and polite and try to get you "in and out" as quickly as they can. Have a sick husband so my time is limited and when I tell them they are very helpful in getting the job done for me asap. Low tire light came on and went right in and they took care of me right away which meant a lot to me. Dealing with people like this makes things so much easier in life. Keep up the good work BK - you are truly appreciated! More

Airbag recall I brought my car in for the airbag recall, and was back out the door within 10 minutes with the loaner car. My car was serviced very quickly and the I brought my car in for the airbag recall, and was back out the door within 10 minutes with the loaner car. Poor Customer Service I worked with Carlos who isn’t too customer friendly. My vehicle was there from 7:30 am Friday until Saturday at 11:00 am. Along with having my heat c I worked with Carlos who isn’t too customer friendly. My vehicle was there from 7:30 am Friday until Saturday at 11:00 am. Along with having my heat checked, I requested an oil change. When I picked up my car my change oil soon light immediately came on. I assumed it wasn’t reset, but not sure if my oil was actually changed. I wasn’t impressed by Carlos lack of customer service. I’m reluctant to ever return. I’m going to search for another dealer. So far the dealers in my area suck. More
Brake Change Went in for front brake pad change & rotor skim. Also had recall job completed. Everyone Was Helpful I cannot think of anything but positive comments. We brought my daughter’s car to the dealership because there was a recall notice on the car. The operator who took my call to set up an appointment was very polite and professional. When we dropped the car off the young man in the service department was very nice to us, I explained that I would be unable to pick up the car until after 6. He assured me it was not a problem. The cashier was such a lovely perso, when she learned my daughter was sick she said I hope she feels better. This dealership has done an excellent job of training employees in the art of customer service. Customer service is not a priority with many businesses, the way customers are treated makes Bill Kay stand out. More
