Painless service I took my 2012 F 150 Harley Davidson edition in for transmission related update. Previously, it was taken to a different dealer, who after a repair, s I took my 2012 F 150 Harley Davidson edition in for transmission related update. Previously, it was taken to a different dealer, who after a repair, stated I needed a new transmission. Bill Kay service adviser Carlos Toscano took care of the update and declared there was nothing wrong with my transmission! I will be returning to Bill Kay from here on out! Regrettable car purchase I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion here three weeks ago and in those three weeks, it's been one problem after another. They day after I bought it, I found a I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion here three weeks ago and in those three weeks, it's been one problem after another. They day after I bought it, I found a chip in the windshield and there was a chirping noise coming from under the hood. Turns out, it needed a new serpentine belt and a belt tensioner. Now I was told by my salesman that there's like a 160 point check of used cars, so how was this missed? They fixed the belt, but I was told by two people that as for the windshield chip, that their "chip guy" is only there on Thursdays. The following week, the tire pressure alert comes on. I didn't think anything of it at the time, so I put air in the one tire that needed it. Then, in the next several days, I had to put air in that same tire two more times. Ok, that does it, so I took it into Bill Kay on a Thursday so they could fix the tire and have the chip guy fix the chip in the windshield. After having the car there for a few hours, they tell me a screw was found in the tire and I'd have to pay for a new tire. Oh and the chip guy I was told, comes on Fridays, not Thursdays. The salesman told me that he's gonna try to have the chip guy come to me instead since I can't be taking off work for this. And if all that was not enough, on Memorial Day, I was trying to back out, and the car wouldn't go into reverse. The gear shift wasn't coming out of park. I had to turn the car off and back on again to get it to shift. Now this is after just three weeks of owning this car. I am just sick about it. More
