2019 Ford Ranger So I was there for a possible repair. They asked prior if I wanted to leave the car and I agreed to. That always goes against my better judgement beca So I was there for a possible repair. They asked prior if I wanted to leave the car and I agreed to. That always goes against my better judgement because that usually means that my car will sit while others who wer taken behind me but are waiting will have their cars done first. This was the case here as well. My car sat and was not worked on for hours then I had to call the dealership to find out what was going on. I was told that the car did not need a repair so then why did it sit for hours before I decided to call? So, I did get a oil change and tire rotation. Usually, when dealerships provide this service they wash your vehicle for you especially if you purchase the car from that dealership. When I finally came to pick up the car, I asked the cashier if it was washed and she said yes. It clearly was not and then I pointed that out to the service guys and they said well we can wash it if you want. I declined. This was not the greatest customer experience I have ever had at a dealership. More

I have also contacted this dealership concerning my airbag recall 5 times and asked about it while at the dealership received no response. I got an appointment immediately at another local dealership right away. I don't want to take my Ford to Bill Kay anymore. And I have gotten 5 messages asking me to bring my car in for a trade in for a new car. More
