Made repairers and got me out on the road the next day. Took care of company work truck that broke down and got me repaired 1 day latter. Also took care of a recall on vehicle that was needed. Washer fluid not filled We took a total of 4 vehicles in within 2 days of each other. My sons 2 cars and truck were not done correctly. 10,000 mile check up Carlos greeted me as soon as I drove in, he was courteous, completed the work very quickly and did a wonderful job. Service incompetence Once they have made a sale off from you, they are just like all the other dealerships you are no longer of value to them, your actually a pest to them Once they have made a sale off from you, they are just like all the other dealerships you are no longer of value to them, your actually a pest to them pretty much! I went for tire pressure waited 10 minutes just to get in the service bay once I got in, I was ignored by everyone, no one approached me to asked what I needed, completely disrespectful wasted my time, called the service manager TJ, the so called service manager, started asking me what were his employees doing, ummm isn't that your job regardless unhelpful and useless to resolve my complaint! Save yourself the headache and time go somewhere else!!! More
