Brian was very nice & caring. phone system a problem Service tech Brian was very helpful & understanding. Problem getting thru the phones though. Uncaring people lackadaisical attitudes slow and overpriced I was not updated on the status of work being done, I was told someone would call me to let me know what needed to be done and the cost, but I ended u I was not updated on the status of work being done, I was told someone would call me to let me know what needed to be done and the cost, but I ended up calling to find out how long the repairs would take and was told what the issue was and they would not get it done until the next day around noon. I called the next day at or near 12:30 pm to find out if my truck was ready, it was at that time I was told they just finished. I was given two different price quotes over the phone prior to picking up my vehicle I asked the cashier if it had been washed she redirected me to the service desk saying "I don't know did you ask them to wash it" to which I replied, "I think I needed to since the truck had been there a day and a half and I just spent over 600.00 for the work. Needless to say it had not been washed. I was highly disappointed with the lackadaisical attitudes of the people I encountered at Bill Kay. More

May be better off elsewhere I have been coming here for years. I've never been too thrilled here but it's close to home. Javier, the previous manager was so friendly- now it seem I have been coming here for years. I've never been too thrilled here but it's close to home. Javier, the previous manager was so friendly- now it seems dull and unwelcoming. The cashier has always been the best part of my experience. She remembers me and my son and is always cheery. I got an oil change about 4 weeks ago and saw my car outside and ready for more than 30 minutes before someone let me (and small child) know. To top it off, they didn't bolt on my undercarriage, which left me stranded shortly after. Absolutely careless!! Not to mention that they failed to tell me that there was a recall on my vehicle (received notice by mail that day) and cost me another day waiting around there. I definitely will be going to another location next time. More
