It took four days for the service department to begin work on my car, when they said the would start on the 1st day. I had to call multiple times to schedule when I was getting my car back. Great service as always. Maybe an appointment for a recall and had my oil changed at the same time. Was updated and informed about my breaks and Carlos was able to update me and get it completed that s recall and had my oil changed at the same time. Not good at all! Truck had been acting up since service I took my Ford Explorer in for a recall. A day after I picked it up 3 service lights came on. And the truck has running funny. Amazing customer service! I’ve had to have my 2018 F150 in the shop 5 times in the past 2 months. While that is never a good thing, the guys that work there make it a very easy I’ve had to have my 2018 F150 in the shop 5 times in the past 2 months.
