Tasca Ford - Service Center

Had no issues with the service with regards to a recall but there was confusion. I saw my car get moved from the garage to outside. I went to the service desk and they told me my car was not even worked but there was confusion. I saw my car get moved from the garage to outside. I went to the service desk and they told me my car was not even worked on as of yet...(Was there for 4 hours and they said it was at least a 1/2 day job) Service person told me they would start around 1pm. I told him I had to be somewhere at 3pm...He went to talk to someone and came back and told me my car ready....Hence why I saw it being moved from garage...Everything turned out ok...but there were some moments of tenseness and irritation on my part.... Another great service experience! Brian Shapiro took care of me this time.Brought my dodge caravan in for a wheel alignment!! Yes a Dodge at a ford dealership! Because Bettenhausen Dodge of tinley tried twi of me this time.Brought my dodge caravan in for a wheel alignment!! Yes a Dodge at a ford dealership! Because Bettenhausen Dodge of tinley tried twice to align my van but both times they got it WRONG! Bill kay charged me for a 4 wheel alignment $99 where Bettenhausen charged me $219 for basically wasting my time and money going to Bettenhausen cause they screwed up my van. More
