Great, til you have to wait to sign papers Needed a new car. Someone showed up as soon as we got out of our car. Asked what we were interested in, and showed us exactly that. Then you have to wait forever ( we waiting over an hour and a half) to sign the papers. They said the finance guy is backed up, needs to load extra forms, etc. The funny thing is that they have you fill out this review BEFORE you have to wait forever. Guess they don't think people edit their reviews. The finance guy told us they just gave him the stuff 5 minutes before we went back to see him. Don't blame the finance guy when it is the people up front. Also, don't write CPO on the front of my file and not expect me to not know what it means. Yes the " customer is pissed off". More

I emailed her 3 cars I was looking at online and went in the next morning where I was greeted at the door by Jeff who had everything ready to go. I chose my car, they gave me a fair price on my trade-in and then Mark H. finished off the financing very quickly and straightforward, explaining things along the way. . The whole process was 3 hours, I never felt pressured and all of my options were explained to me clearly throughout. Jeff also took the time to show me the features on the car and gave me his card for any future questions/needs. Highly recommended! More
