I had it towed to Bill Kay to be repaired and when I decided I'd rather purchase a newer used car vs. repairing the Five Hundred, they immediately gave me a great price on my trade in and put me in a 2015 Ford with only 27K miles.. I drove it off the lot the following day. Juan Hurtado was great, understood what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay monthly for my car - made everything happen and in one day. Thanks to everyone involved from the service team who handled my towed vehicle to the financing team to my salesman Juan. Great experience, I'd recommend Bill Kay to anyone who wants an easy, no nonsense car buying experience. The certified pre-owned vehicle warranty was a pleasant surprise, too. Not having to pay extra for warranty on a newer used car purchase is great. More

The ENTIRE EXPERIENCE was HORRIBLE.. The salesman was misleading from the beginning he walked up to me. He shook my hand and asked what was I looking for, I told him exactly what I needed The salesman was misleading from the beginning he walked up to me. He took me on a few test drives but each vehicle was worse each time. His personality was very demeaning and short which he tried several times to insult me and I had to put him in his place and correct his gestures. He tried to cover up a lot of bs lies he kept talking. Guess he didn't think I would know all the information I was throwing his way. I guess the commission was worth more to him then excellent customer service. Oh and don't get me wrong, I did say my ENTIRE experience was horrible. I met with the finance guy and he was worse then the salesman. He couldn't even tell me off the top of his head what his warranty program details were. Now come on, how many times do you close on deals and sell vehicles on a 9a.m.-9p.m.shift. I will NEVER step foot back on these premises but I will get the "WORD OF MOUTH" out. We all know that goes a longer way then phoney, misleading attitudes. More

Great deal, until car was “sold” We bought a 2014 Ford Escape on Tuesday night. It didn’t go to service yet, so we left it overnight to be checked out on Wednesday morning. Lo and beh We bought a 2014 Ford Escape on Tuesday night. It didn’t go to service yet, so we left it overnight to be checked out on Wednesday morning. Lo and behold, the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and the part needed to be ordered. We supposedly won’t have the vehicle we bought until Monday. 7 days after we bought it! Very frustrating considering our leased vehicle needs to be back on Saturday at the very lastest. Hopefully this is fixed and we will be enjoying the new car soon. Brian our sales man was great! He did make it known that he wanted to get home early that night because our sale wasn’t “big”, he made it known that he sold a $70k vehicle earlier that day. More
