F-150 problem I was having a problem with a 2015 F-150 I had just purchased with warning lights. Carlos was my service rep and explained the trouble shooting proces I was having a problem with a 2015 F-150 I had just purchased with warning lights. Carlos was my service rep and explained the trouble shooting process to me. My truck was in your shop for 3 days and Carlos kept me updated on the progress. When I went to pick up the loaner car I had the opportunity to speak with Charles Dudzik the mechanic. who took the time to explain to me what was going on. I have dealt with Charles many times in the past and I am always happy to see him servicing my vehicles. Vehicle is now running fine and I am very satisified with the overall experience. As of this time I intend to have all of my service needs addressed by your service department. More

Long Wait I didn't have an actual problem but because reservations are not accepted for oil changes, the wait can be long. When I arrived, I was told it would I didn't have an actual problem but because reservations are not accepted for oil changes, the wait can be long. When I arrived, I was told it would take about 45 minutes but that turned into a 2 hour wait. I was not kept updated as to why. Employees were courteous but the service rep who calculated my bill forgot to include the $10 coupon I had given him. Luckily, I asked if it had been deducted before I paid my bill which was rather high, I might add. I understand that mistakes happen but it shouldn't have been that difficult to remember the discount since I had printed it out and given him a copy of it. When my warranty is up, I probably will not return for future oil changes. Dealers are too high. More
