Afrer negotiations and agreed price and financing, the fiance manager lied about the DOC fee. Saying it was state law that I must pay it. When I called him out on his lie, he refused the deal. Be careful with the people form this dealer. If they will tell u how much is going to be to repair your car tell them to give u in writing. I didn’t and the difference was 1800+$ and They didn’t do all I tol tell u how much is going to be to repair your car tell them to give u in writing. Dan Wood was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive, calm and relaxed. And most important to us: not pushy. Went to 4 dealerships before finding the right truck. Staff was great. Salesman was professional and listened to what I wanted. Traded in two cars to get rid of payments and got a new 2020 f150 STX. Went to the dealership today to look at a used car on the lot. I was told the person I was emailing with wasn't a salesman so Juan took over. Had a bad feeling from the start. He first told me that he had to lot. I was told the person I was emailing with wasn't a salesman so Juan took over. Had a bad feeling from the start. He first told me that he had to put my information in the system. We sat down at the desk and without answering my questions or even allowing me to look inside the vehicle he asked if we could close this deal today. I said that wouldn't be possible, that I was interested in making a cash offer and that I wanted to look at all the information and come back. He gave me a sour face and said "why not?" Maybe he was judging the fact that I walked into the dealership with a t-shirt and jeans on? I then asked for the carfax, he pulled it up on the screen and I asked if he could print it for me. I wasn't about to make a rush decision with this much money. He gave me a hard time and then told me that it costs money to print a carfax, I had to ask him if it costs money to print each carfax to which he replied "it cost money in ink" to which I was shocked. I then asked if I should ask another salesperson to print it for me. He then said to me "I don't think we are seeing eye to eye here." I immediately got up and asked for the sales manager. The next guy that helped printed me a carfax and told me the car was on the lot for 1 month. I asked to see the service record from when they had the car looked at when they bought it from the auction. They had yet to perform this inspection. Its pretty clear that they are in the business of flipping cars for profit without doing any work to them. Not sure how they "fairly" priced a car that they never even had the service department view. I walked out immediately because I realized this dealership was shady. Now I understand why this dealership has less than a 4 star review average. There are better dealerships in the area, take your time and find one that will care about you and the vehicle they are selling you. More

The numbers OC presented to me were the exact numbers I saw when I entered the finance office. Mark in the finance office, did his due diligence in providing information on extended warranties and various packages, but did not push anything on the customer. The overall purchasing experience was smooth, laid back and at no time were sales pressure tactics utilized. I am very pleased with the new car buying experience at Bill Kay Ford. More
