Daniel 'The Man' Wood was the Sales Pro I dealt with throughout, and he made each step of the process literally the fastest and easiest of any car purchase experience I've done in my 57yrs. Go in there asking for him, trust me. Also dealt with a few other staff: admin, parts, sales and finance. Each one of them helpful and customer friendly. Got the truck for the price I ordered it - NOT marked up! Got a good finance deal! OUTSTANDING overall experience... except for the wait on the truck to be made... but maybe that made it all the sweeter today!! Thanks Bill Kay! More

This dealership is the worst Ford Dealer I have ever seen. They sat on my vehicle all day and held it hostage and called me three times trying to buy it. The service manger lied through his teeth the vehicle was brought in at 930 in the morning their own repair ticket shows they didn't even bother to look at the vehicle. I called at 435 asking why it wasn't done. The service manager lied and said they were working on it when in fact they didn't even bring it into the shop until16:49 14 minutes after I called. They are the worst do not due business with them More

Stay away!! Taken advantage of!!!I came from out of Stay away!! Taken advantage of!!! I came from out of state to purchase a vehicle. The one single question I had prior to purchase was, had the vehicle been smoked in previously? Due to an allergy in the family, that's an issue. So my salesperson went to check. Followed up with, nope.. smells fine. So I booked a flight, and 4 hours later I was driving it home. All I could smell was the cleaner they used from detailing it. Jump ahead 48 hours,, and the smoke smell is so bad I can't stand it. I literally have to change my clothes before getting into the cockpit. ( my job). So I currently have a 48 hour old vehicle, that I can't put my family in due to an allergy. And I can't return it. Unreal . . . I was completely lied to. Taken advantage of. Mike my salesperson told me whatever I wanted to hear.. so I wasted a flight, and 5 hours driving. . I'll make sure to never buy a car from here again. I will be doing as much as possible to get my situation out there. More
