I have had some "less that perfect" experiences with the Bill Kay service department over the years and hesitated to go there for this purchase. Unfortunately, or so I thought, I could only find the vehicle I wanted there. Not only was I pleasantly surprised, but actually blown away by how great I was treated. Stan and Kathy could not have been nicer and more helpful. They answered my question well, even my "test" questions (where I already know the answer). They worked with me to run several financing scenarios to help me get the best rate. When I declined to purchase some of the ad-ons, they applied an appropriate amount of "salesman" pressure and were respectful of my decision to wait. Overall I rate Bill Kay ford two enthusiastic "thumbs-up", would shop there again, and highly recommend Stan and Kathy. More
Tavis was very supportive of our wants and needs and found us a car we are very pleased with. He followed up with us about our purchase and seemed to care about his job and his clients. I live in Iowa and have had bad experiences in the past traveling to Chicago to buy vehicles. The 150 mile drive was well worth it last week. I was able to get the EXACT new car I wanted for about $1,500 less than I could locally for a demo car. The service was exceptional. I was able to get in and out of the dealership in under 45 minutes. That not only included the time to complete the paperwork but also a very thorough explanation of all the vehicle options. They even threw in a set a rear seat mats without us even having to ask. By far and away the best experience I have had at a dealership. More

Jose was by far the best salesperson I have ever run across. I walked away not feeling as if I made a bad decision. He was very dedicated into getting me into the vehicle I chose. Went in originally to ask questions about some of the cars options. Stan Gibson sat with me and explained the answers to me. There was no pressure to look at the cars or test drive them, or how much mone cars options. Stan Gibson sat with me and explained the answers to me. There was no pressure to look at the cars or test drive them, or how much money I wanted to spend or anything! Simply sat down and answered my questions! His explanations helped me narrow down the car I wanted to see, but I was not ready to negotiate or even test drive. It was a bitterly cold night, yet he went out to search for the car that I clearly said I only wanted to see. He brought it into the service area so I could look it over out of the cold weather. I asked many more questions, that he answered and I left with the information I was looking for. Never was there any pressure!!! I went home and thought about the car, did some research on what I believed would be a good deal for me, researched what I believed would be a fair trade in value for my car, and just think about it. I did have some finance issues that would also have to be worked out. The next day I called and said I would be in the area and would like to look at the car again and asked if they could wash it so I could get a good look at the color. When I got to the dealership, the car was in the service area again, clean and under lights that made the car radiate!!! It was beautiful! I kept telling myself that they had to make the deal as close to what I had set in my mind to make it work. (I didn't want my emotions to get in the way!) I had them look at my trade, and then Mike Anthony came back with the numbers. They valued my trade higher than I expected, and the numbers to buy the car was right in line with what I wanted! I didn't have to negotiate at all! Truthfully, I was stunned! I've bought from "One-Price" dealers and didn't find the deal this easy! Now I had to tell them my finance issue, and they made it a non-issue! The next night I came back to finish the deal, sign papers, and take delivery. That is when I met Kathy, the finance manager. She never pushed any warranties or other services, but did explain them to me and my wife. We did buy the warranty and other items, but it was because we wanted to, not because we were pressured or tricked into buying them! There were some service items that needed to be done (Protective items and pinstriping). The service department was great to deal with! I can't express my gratitude to the Bill Kay Dealership and employees enough. I highly recommend them to my friends and am confident I will be a future customer! More
