Kyle Sahs was very helpful and informative during the process, but neglected to give my husband a second key to the vehicle, although the checklist indicated that was standard protocol. Getting a second key made was an enormous hassle, as we had to interrupt work on three different days to travel to three different dealership appointments to finally find one that would make our specific kind of key. Perhaps that was an issue with the dealerships, as they were unable to tell us over the phone whether or not they could make our key. The situation was resolved when our key was finally made and Bill Kay reimbursed us for the cost of the key. We appreciated the resolution of this matter. Additionally, there was an issue with our title being delivered to us in a timely manner. When we still hadn’t received the title after 28 days, I contacted Bill Kay and the title was overnighted to us so that we could register our car. Registering at the last minute was an inconvenience, as my husband had to take off a half-day of work on the only day left available to register the vehicle within the 30-day period allotted. Probably most frustrating, however, was our issue with the Ford Extended Service Plan. My husband felt pressured to purchase the plan, told that he could only receive a better interest rate if he purchased the plan, although we have fantastic credit and should be able to receive a low interest rate based on that factor alone. The next day, we called to cancel the plan, being told that we needed to send a letter with a photo of the mileage. We did so, and sent it certified mail; it was delivered to Bill Kay on 6/23/14. On 7/24/14, I contacted Wells Fargo where our loan is serviced only to find out that the $2400 Service Plan was not removed from our loan. I then contacted the Ford Extended Service Plan customer assistance on 7/24, and they notified me that our plan had not been cancelled, even though we had notified Frank Herrera via phone and certified letter that we wanted to cancel our plan a month prior. I called Bill Kay and spoke with Frank, who assured me that he had cancelled the plan but would send the necessary documents again. The plan was finally cancelled in August, 7 weeks after we initially canceled it. I was extremely frustrated at the amount of extra time and hassle that have resulted from purchasing this vehicle. We traveled 2 ½ hours to Bill Kay because of the excellent price we found online. We read other reviews online that were very positive about Bill Kay, and Kyle was very helpful and personable over the phone and when he sold the vehicle to my husband. We are disappointed with the post-sale customer service and additional hassles we had with the key, the title, and the service plan. I sent this entire letter to Fred Bartuch who neglected to respond at all. More

When I arrived they were both parked out front side by side, cleaned and ready to view and test drive... WOW! Try getting service like that elsewhere. Prices quoted were best in my area. Trade in price on my vehicle was also good. They also had the best selection of vehicles on their lot compared to others I searched. Tavis and Fred were great to work with. Clearly explained my buying options and the features of the vehicle. Very good experience. They will be my first choice when I look for my next car... used or new! Don't waste your time elsewhere, start at Bill Kay. More
Fabulous Sales Associate, Bad Finance Associate Experience Kyle Sahs was the Sales Representative that assisted me in my purchase at Bill Kay, Midlothian, IL location. Kyle was friendly, helpful and able to answer all my questions. When I went to your Finance Associate I almost walked out of your dealership. I understand sales techniques and politly stated I was not interested in the extended warantee he was selling...TWICE...on the third time he stated "let me explain this a different way so you may be able to understand this." Personally, I do not appreciate someone rating my intellegence level to a negative, which is what I felt. His demeanor and attitude toward clients is deplorable and almost lost the sale for the dealership. If it were not for Kyle's time and helpfulness prior to going into the finance room, I would have walked out and given my business to another dealer. More
Fabulous new Management and Long Standing Employee I was a previous used car customer that had several issues with the old Management at the Midlothian, Illinois Bill Kay Ford. Although I financed my first car through their credit rebuilding program with old management there were issues with the car and trading it. Upon return to trade there is new management and an awesome experience. I was doubtful upon returning but Will Wilson a long standing salesman and Tremayne Young a new Finance Manager, they were able to help me out! Although I went in for newer, with warrant plus a specific budget and wanting to stay with a Ford, myself and my husband left satisfied happy customer with something different than we went in for. Thanks to Tremayne and Will we were able to get another used vehicle with a warrant with less miles and although it wasn't what we walked in for we were happy with the the car, mileage and reasonable pricing. We can't wait to go back in a few years and revisit this wonderful team and management! Superior service from both men made this the best experience and choice for us going into the future for that exact reason! If you're looking go see these guys you will leave happy and satisfied even if you leave with something totally different because they know how to provide the best customer service and make you have the best experience before you leave! I have bought many new vehicles in my life. I am close to 50 years old. My first experience with Bill Kay Ford in Midlothian, IL was fantastic...close to perfect. I researched their website for the Edge that I wanted. It was very user friendly. I found the Edge that had the option package I was looking for. I called. I spoke with Ryan. He was very courteous and professional, but also personable on the phone. It made me feel comfortable. I asked questions about the vehicle and he was well informed about his inventory. I advised him that I would be there later in the week to look at it. Ryan followed-up with a phone call on the date I stated I would look at the vehicle. When I arrived at Bill Kay Ford, I was greeted by three different people. They were all very professional and courteous...and did not have the stereotypical attitude of vehicle salesmen. It made my wife and I feel very comfortable. I was then introduced to the salesman that would handle the deal, Mike. Mike was working his third day on the job at this dealership. I instantly noticed he had been well trained and very informed about his job. I had an unusual request about the vehicle I wanted. I wanted different wheels and tires on my vehicle. Bill Kay Ford staff did not hesitate in making the vehicle that I wanted to purchase exactly the way I wanted it to be. I will always remember my wonderful experience at Bill Kay Ford in Midlothian, IL...... and it will definitely NOT be my last. More

We actually left a dealership in Willowbrook because of the poor service we received there. We went to Bill Kay and OC could not have made it a better experience. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted. He didn't waste our time trying to force us to buy something we didn't want. He was personable, accurate, and made sure that he made the process seamless. I would highly recommend OC to future Ford buyers as well as purchase future cars from him. He should go teach the guys over in Willowbrook how to treat a customer. We are 100% satisfied with the level of service we received from OC. I cannot thank him enough for his diligence as well as his excellent customer service!!!! He truly made every aspect of car buying an enjoyable one!!! More

I live in Crown Point Indiana, and I travel now to Bill Kay Ford for all my service needs. Like any piece of equipment, it breaks down and needs servicing. The service i received at Bill Kay was over the top. I believe the service was the best i received in the area, with many options closer to home. But it was the dedication, the commitment, and the drive to not only fix it right the first time, but also the time and dedication to my problem with my vehicle that has forever made me a customer. The service manager, Lou Fioretti, not only advised me every step of the way, but called on what I Believe was his own personal time, to make sure that I was towed off the road safely, and that a rental was set up in my home town as to minimize my inconvenience. I was also called by the towing service in which they let me know that Lou had helped out the tow driver and received my car with "white glove" service. Lou's knowledge of my vehicle, and of Fords warranty process saved me a whole lot of money and it also gave me the confidence that I had chosen the right dealership to fix and solve my problems. Lou Fioretti is a true asset and a knowledgeable source that exudes customer service, drive and dedication to a career that can make peoples lives easier, and also gain a customer for life. That's a hard feat to achieve in todays modern time of dealerships where customer service seems to lack. I can tell you that my experience with Lou Fioretti and a service writer John Van Vleet, is the reason why i drive 50 plus miles one way for any service that I now need on my truck. I will spread the word to my other employees about the service and results that I received from Bill Kay Service manager and staff. Dedication and commitment, a true rarity, but glad I found it! More
