My best overall experience ever! I came in to Billkay Ford to purchase a used ford F-150 but after talking to the salesman Joe V. DONT GO HERE!!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I put in an application online to this dealership and was told by the chick Delilah that I was approved (as per her manager) and to come in the next m I put in an application online to this dealership and was told by the chick Delilah that I was approved (as per her manager) and to come in the next morning with my information and pay stubs, etc. so they could get me in a car. Seeing as though my credit was shaky, I wasn't very optimistic going into this but still very hopeful. Once I arrive, I first spoke with Wil Wilson, but was then passed onto to Tremayne Young, who then made me wait 2 hours before finally telling me I was approved. Wow I thought. He told me I was approved for $14k with $750-1k down. I told him I would come back with the deposit to crunch the deal. I returned 1 day later, only to be treated as if they hadnt just spoke to me the day before. They start collecting information from me again, after I had already mentioned that I was approved. I was given the "oh lemme grab my manager" and was passed back to Tremayne Young, the supposed sales manager. After being told "the hard part is over, we have your approval" I was told over the next 3 HOURS, that they were waiting for final numbers, then it was "more money they were trying to get me", then it was "the structure". After a while I told them I had to go pick up my kid from school, where they promised they would call as soon as the guy they were waiting on picked up the phone. Long story short I never heard back from them. They completely blew me off. I called them after several hours of waiting and was given attitude, as if I were bothering them. I called back AGAIN after a few hours, was immediately placed on hold for 17 mins by Tremayne Young, who then picked up the phone and hung up in my ear. I called back again, and was told they were both "helping customers". I walked into the dealership less than 5 minutes later and there was not 1 customer in sight. Tremayne is sitting there at the computer and ignores me for 10 mins while I stood there with my daughter and waited. Really?!?!?! He finally very cold heartedly acknowledged me as if I were bothering him and gave me the "he must not have been in today" crap. So it took you from 9:30am-til 5pm to give me a response, and this is what you give me?! He says he'll call first thing in the morning because he knows the guy will be there and that was the only person he could deal with because that was "his guy". Of course I didn't receive a call from anyone the next morning so I call in the afternoon and speak with Mr. young again. He very coldly tells me, that they "turned us down". I ask him what happened to the approval they told me, what happened to the 14k?!? He once again very coldly tells me that it "happens" I was approved, but then I was turned down. WHAT?!? What a way to run a business right? Completely and disgustingly unprofessional, sickened by the thought of me ever walking into that dealership. They got my hopes up and had me thinking I was getting a new car and told me several times I was approved, only to ignore me and then say I was turned down. Very awful. Don't go here. More

The salesman at dealership said he would compensate me only if I gave him a 5 star Ford review. He wanted me to show him a copy of my review before he would correct his mistake. If he first corrected his mistake by compensating me as he said but without conditions, I would have given him and the dealership a great review. Instead I wasn't able to give any review to Ford because I moved shortly after my purchase, and they conveniently misspelled my email address. They never made good & I never had a chance to leave a review, that is until now. Such a horrible and uncomfortable experience. They should have "unconditionally" corrected their mistake and made good on their promise. I'm very happy to finally leave the review that fit my experience. More
Excellent Experience. Great Sales Associate It had been about thirteen years since my husband and I bought a new car. We were dreading the whole experience because we once had a bad experience at a dealership. This was not the experience with Jerry Triplett (J.T.). He was very friendly, courteous and patient. Most of all he listened to what we were interested in and very informative. Seeing that we had not had a new car in 13 years, we were not familiar with all the hi-tech gadgets, he took the time to explain to us how everything worked, which was appreciated by us so much! We felt he was up front and very honest with us. He went above and beyond making sure that the whole experience was a good one. We are so excited and happy with our brand new Ford Escape. Thank you Jerry for being courteous, informative, up front and honest with us. We highly recommend this dealership, everyone was very nice, but be sure to ask for Jerry. Thank you! Vic and Sue More
