Good repair service I took my 2005 ford E-250 in to service a check engine light and was told that I needed a mass air flow sensor. I asked if I could purchase the part a I took my 2005 ford E-250 in to service a check engine light and was told that I needed a mass air flow sensor. I asked if I could purchase the part and install it myself and was told that I could but with the price they gave me I saw that they had installed it for the diagnostic fee and gave me a coupon to bring the cost down even further. thanks for doing a great job. NO GAMES I purchased a new Ford Focus on Black Friday. I contacted a dozen local dealers on line with an offer on a Focus SE with the 200A package. Half never I purchased a new Ford Focus on Black Friday. I contacted a dozen local dealers on line with an offer on a Focus SE with the 200A package. Half never responded, a couple said I was crazy and one said it was impossible and hung up. Only one dealer said lets see what we can do, Bill Kay Ford. They gave me exactly want I wanted for the price I wanted. Eric Jones was the internet contact and he and the salesman, Will Wilson made it possible. When I arrived at the dealer I was waiting for them to say they forgot to add something or that a certain rebate didn't apply to me. That never happened, they delivered what they promised. My family has always been a Ford family but now because of Will Wilson and Eric Jones my family is now a Bill Kay Ford Family. More
