The back & forth banter & crunching the numbers is part of the experience and working with Mike Dzimiela and Fred Bartuch was more fun than words can describe. Wish I could go back just to bother the boys some more! :) We spent time at the dealership & on the phone trying to work out a deal I'd be happy with & not once did these gentlemen get pushy or put off. When we finally worked out the deal, Mark Hofrichter breezed through the paperwork with a competence & speed leaving me with ample time to enjoy the rest of my day! Mike D. also followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my car & find out if I had any questions or issues. That is fantastic customer service! Can't thank you boys enough.
