Little Joe goes up and beyond! We had been searching for a Ford Edge for approximately 5 months! We had been to over 6 dealers from near and far (farthest was 45miles). I had filled putt one of those forms on Auto Trader "Find it if this car is still available". That day I remembered filling out 2 at the same time. I received a call back from Bill Kay with in 5 minutes. Frustrated, I answered anyways. I was up front and honest and said "listen, I've met with many car salesmen. I know what I want, and I'm just looking for the right price and the right trade in amoun, because I'm upside down." Little Joe was very convincing over the phone, and at first I was very skeptical but he was so personal, so honest and willing to help I HAD to stop in and see if this guy could actually help us out. With in an hour in a half, deal was made. Price was right, it was exactly what I wanted and my trade in was everything I had hoped for. He even was able to get me from 17% to 4.0%. I couldn't have been happier! Not even a month later, we returned and purchased another new vechile! Same situation, best price great trade in value and monthly payments on the dot at 0%. I'm a customer for life! No doubt about it! I'm so glad I went to Bill Kay! More

I had an appointment made 4 days prior, waited 45 min for my car to be even looked at. Car was finally looked at and then, other cars came in, and mine sat. I kept checking and checking no one knew anything.( The guy that checked me in WASNT friendly, he must have been having a bad day) I waited 3.5 hours for them, and finally I pulled the guy working on my car aside and said "is it going to be much longer?". And he said we don't have the part. Well why was I waiting for almost 4 hours if you don't have the part? They had no conicideration for my time! It was my only day off, and I work nights in the city! I was furious! Finally i started to get my car salesmen involved, and he got me a loaner and I was out of there! Only to find out I NEVER GOT MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER! And they only give you 1/4 a tank, and I drove from almost Kankakee to Midlothian! So I ended up needing more gas before I even go home! No apology made by the service department! I couldn't even pick up my car tom there, I had my boyfriend do it! I will not go back. They just didn't have any concideration for my time! More

Purchase on a tight budget My son recommended Bill Kay Ford as he got his 2012 Ford Fiesta there and was very happy. I have not had a Ford before this one.. We were looking to trade in our old car and I get anxious when shopping for large purchases and was very undecided on which way to go to stay in our tight budget. We were considering a used car to save money. I have to say our Salesman Dan M really put us at ease and we found a new car that suited our budget but was sporty and sharp= Fusion. I feel like I would go back to Bill Kay and recommend friends to go there too. More

He beat the other dealers in price and from the minute I walked in to dealer, I was greeted by a few folks and was out the door within 75 minutes to include financing. Great, Friendly, No Pressure, Helpful I had been looking for a 2017 Escape 2.0 Titanium Edition for some time, and I found it at Bill Kay Ford in Midlothian, IL. Daniel Wood and Dustin C I had been looking for a 2017 Escape 2.0 Titanium Edition for some time, and I found it at Bill Kay Ford in Midlothian, IL. Daniel Wood and Dustin Collins and both gentlemen and excellent to work with! I had been to several dealerships all over the Chicago-area, which resulted in one of two results. Either I walked away with sticker shock or I was pressured and pushed to buy, which made me very discouraged. Then I drove past Bill Kay. I observed a beautiful 2017 pearl white Escape on the lot and I stopped to take a look. It was everything I wanted. I walked inside and Daniel walked up to introduced himself and said if I had any questions that he would answer them and then went back to his desk. It was very relaxing to just walk about and look. Other dealerships had the salesperson walking and shadowing me like I was a presidential candidate or some state dignitary. It was very refreshing to be greeted and left alone to look. I ended up having a few questions and Daniel was very informative and answered all my questions and told me a few things about the Escape that I was not aware of. I had found the car that I wanted, but after the last few experiences that I had, I was a little reluctant. I spoke with Daniel and told him that I had to think about it. I came back the next day with a friend and Daniel welcomed us both. I explained that I was selling my other two Fords and that I wanted to buy the one that I looked at. It was going to be a couple of days before I could be back. Daniel said no problem, no pressure and was willing to work with me. I also spoke to Dustin and he was very friendly and even included a cargo cover with the new car. A few days later I returned and drove off in my new 2017 Ford Escape, a very happy customer! Working with these two gentlemen made the process stress-free. A 37K commitment isn't something you do every day and the gents at Bill Kay made it a good one. Dan Wood was a great salesman to deal with very informative. Dustin was so helpful finding more discounts, I forgot about Ford loyalty and he was able to take $1000.00 off the car price! I would highly recommend Bill Kay and these fine men to work with if you are looking for a new Ford. More
