Understanding the situation. Our saleman, Dan Woods and Manager (J.T.) went above and beyond to accomodate us with the purchase of our used 2013 Ford Explorer. My brother (buyer) recently had a minot stroke ansd no longer has any patience or filter on his thoughts. He jus wanted to buy the car and get out of there. BUt, there is a process. They did all they could to assist with his impatience. Dan took us on a great test ride. He explained most of the dashboard accessories, radio, navifation, etc. We are both pleased with their customer service. More

Horrible experience! Not much of our experience went well. We traveled four hours from out of state. We came due to the great reviews but found none of them to be true e Not much of our experience went well. We traveled four hours from out of state. We came due to the great reviews but found none of them to be true early on. We saw the price of the vehicle online and other than the reviews thats what gave us reason to travel as far as we did. When we were negotiating price, we were told that the price we saw was a mistake and they would not honor it. We were very disappointed in finding this out and couldn't believe it. It was the dealerships mistake...not ours. In our minds we thought we would negotiate the price down further than the price online. They agreed to come down within $500 of the price we saw online. We negotiated and talked for about 2 hrs! We were about ready to just walk out. When I would argue the price and said that I would give negative reviews due to this whole experience I was told "Maybe I don't even want to sell you this vehicle" Finally, probably because it was 15 min before closing time they finally agreed to give it to us for the price we saw. When we first sat down our salesman asked if we wanted waters, we said sure. He kept forgetting to give them to us...we finally got them about an hour later. We were also told on certified pre owned vehicles, we get two key fabs...but because they ended up honoring the price we saw online they refused us a second key fab. Our WHOLE experience from start to finish was completely disappointing...to say the least. We will never return and will never recommend Bill Kay Ford. I was so fed up....I really wanted to talk to Bill Kay myself to see if he knew what really went on at his dealerships. More
