I recently purchased a new F150 and not only received a great price on the the truck, buy my S Bill Kay Ford was the best Experience I have ever had. I recently purchased a new F150 and not only received a great price on the the truck, buy my Salesmen Mark Burklow was awesome. Very Knowledgeable on the vehicles, probably due to him working in the Ford assembly plant before becoming a salesman. Dustin Collins, the GM, was very personable and you could tell he wanted to make sure the customers experience was a good one. Once the sale was completed and the papers signed, the experience did not end, Mark took me outside and helped me transfer my things from my previous Ford truck that I traded in, then he sat in my new truck with me and explained all of the controls and sync my phone to the truck. After that, Mark introduced me to Korey Hanalla, who set me up with the Ford app., and went over how to use it on my smart phone. I felt like family when I left. I have been a long time Ford vehicle owner, however I have never purchased anything from Bill Kay before, but I will recommend them to all of my family and friends.
