Had work done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2017 engine. They claimed i needed maintenance on other items In my vehicle..with (40,000). They charged me $300 for an Alignment.. then when I asked for the prin They claimed i needed maintenance on other items In my vehicle..with (40,000). They charged me $300 for an Alignment.. then when I asked for the print out and receipt they said “ we can’t get it out of the system” .. in a brand new dealership the system wasn’t able to print out a receipt… they also didn’t know that my tires have less then 4,000 miles on them and just had an alignment.. had my family and myself waiting for manger to “find” the receipt for the repair… clearly never happened and they decided to take it off the bill.. makes me think what other maintenance work that was done… was even completed or just said it was and charged.. if they did it to me imagine the hundreds of people they don’t need the extra stuff done to the vehicle and they just charge for it.. also the parts for my services being done… from mopar.. was 2-4x higher from the dealership.. and MSRP.. Horrible experience. Never again. More

Definitely worth the trip for us. Great new facility. Well presented and friendly employees. Chris in service was great, from first phone call (our truck was towed to facility), throu Great new facility. Well presented and friendly employees. Chris in service was great, from first phone call (our truck was towed to facility), through evaluation, service, double checking, and explanation of all parts and work. A slight obstacle in payment easily resolved. Already have decided to travel the extra distance for future work and routine maintenance. More

Worst service department I have ever seen. My axle was changed out to a “junk” part. Lug nuts left off my tire. I have reported this dealership to the NYS Consumer Protection. Thankfully the m My axle was changed out to a “junk” part. Lug nuts left off my tire. I have reported this dealership to the NYS Consumer Protection. Thankfully the mechanic that I had check my car when I got it in August 2023 has records of what brand axle was on my car. He took pictures of even a bolt that was changed on the car. When I went to pickup my car they only had interest in getting me to trade in my Jeep and finance a new one with them. If it’s not settled thru NYS Consumer Protection I’m going to utilize a law firm that I have access to just on the principle of the scam they tried to pull on me. More

I came into your center without an appointment concerned that my battery light displayed and I had to get a jump to start the car. They fit me in replaced the battery on my 2023 Jeep Cherokee. I liked that everyone I encountered was very pleasant. All my questions were answered, all of my requests were carried out, I was explained what I could expect during my service visit and was able to plan All my questions were answered, all of my requests were carried out, I was explained what I could expect during my service visit and was able to plan my day accordingly after drop off. My service advisor was Emily, she was very helpful and provided real time updates throughout the day and notified me when my service was complete and my vehicle was ready for pickup. I have been using this dealership for nearly 10 years, this was by far the best service visit Ive ever had. More
