I spoke with Kevin (salesman) and Anthony (used car manager) over the phone during the course of a week regarding a Certified '22 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (VIN No. 1C4HJXCG7NW138267). Kevin and Anthony as manager) over the phone during the course of a week regarding a Certified '22 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (VIN No. 1C4HJXCG7NW138267). Kevin and Anthony assured me it was certified, had a clean CarFax, four new tires, and had no accidents. We drove 45 minutes to the dealership to see the vehicle with the full intention of striking a deal (i.e., brought my title with me, both keys, lifetime service records, etc.) We immediately noticed the Jeep still had its original five tires, all heavily used, and certainly not four new tires. The tailgate did not open until significant force was applied to get it open. Once we managed to open it, it appeared the vehicle had been in at least one rear-end collision: the tailgate was clearly deformed. It was also unclear if the OEM tire rack was ever replaced. Additionally, the driver-side taillight housing was cracked and required replacement, likely a second collision which I was told may have been a dealer employee in the lot. The vehicle was also missing key items included in the original build sheet, such as the Freedom Panel Storage Bag (approx. $140 to replace) and the Doors-Off Mirror Kit (approx. $400 to replace). The front tow hooks showed signs of tow by way of parallel metal scarring. Apparent mud found in the e-brake boot further implied the vehicle had been off-roaded and stuck at some point. Jake, a supervisor, initially seemed unaware of the tailgate issue, responding with, “The tailgate is broken?” before pivoting to, “Oh yes, I’m aware of it,” and finally claiming, “We already ordered the part for it.” Despite the vehicle’s certified status, Jake did not produce the 125-point inspection sheet nor the service history, stating they would need to search “the archives.” When I raised concerns about the tires—including the worn spare—Jake dismissed the issue, claiming, “The spare is just an accessory.” Apparently, the full-size spare tire and wheel, a hallmark of Jeep’s reputation for durability, is considered optional rather than essential. Other issues included the windshield fluid distribution system, which did not work. At one point, Kevin mistakenly handed me internal paperwork showing the dealership intended to offer approximately $9,000 for my trade-in. This was baffling given Kevin had stated via text he could come “close” to my asking price of $22,000 after allegedly having already analyzing the car’s service history and CarFax several days prior to the visit with a supervisor. Furthermore, another sales team member attempted to downplay the damage by claiming “60% of used cars sold have been in accidents". That number is actually 16% per a study conducted by CarGurus. He then touted the certification coverage: 7 years or 100,000 miles for powertrain and 3 months or 3,000 miles for comprehensive coverage, starting from the original in-service date—not the certified purchase date. This vehicle still had 6 months or 6,000 miles of comprehensive care and 8 years or 80,000 miles of powertrain coverage remaining under its original warranty: the certification coverage was negligible (especially considering a $100 deductible). After we left, Jake called an hour later, seemingly confused as to why we had left. He promised to follow up with updated information, however after missing his subsequent call and me leaving a voicemail, I have yet to hear back. I am now sure how this vehicle was "certified". This dealer’s slogan is, “Tasca: You will be satisfied!” I am also not sure what part of this experience was supposed to be satisfying. More

They charged me $300 for an Alignment.. then when I asked for the print out and receipt they said “ we can’t get it out of the system” .. in a brand new dealership the system wasn’t able to print out a receipt… they also didn’t know that my tires have less then 4,000 miles on them and just had an alignment.. had my family and myself waiting for manger to “find” the receipt for the repair… clearly never happened and they decided to take it off the bill.. makes me think what other maintenance work that was done… was even completed or just said it was and charged.. if they did it to me imagine the hundreds of people they don’t need the extra stuff done to the vehicle and they just charge for it.. also the parts for my services being done… from mopar.. was 2-4x higher from the dealership.. and MSRP.. Horrible experience. Never again. More

Walter Parker assisted me with the purchase, and Walter Skinner kept me informed about the Jeep promotion, which is what brought me in. Walter Parker negotiated an incredible deal that I was 110% satisfied with, even though I had just leased an Audi Q5 for my wife a month earlier, which was also on my credit. Thanks to the outstanding customer service and Parker’s dedication to securing the best deal possible, I’m proud to remain a Jeep customer. I traded in my 2015 Grand Cherokee with 140,000 miles, which had been giving me issues, so I was initially unsure about purchasing another Jeep. However, Parker made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. He also seamlessly handled transferring my insurance and registration to the new Grand Cherokee. I don’t usually write reviews, but I highly recommend Walter Parker and the team at Tasca’s new location. Be sure to mention Darryl sent you!” More

Worst service department I have ever seen. My axle was changed out to a “junk” part. Lug nuts left off my tire. I have reported this dealership to the NYS Consumer Protection. Thankfully the mechanic that I had check my car when I got it in August 2023 has records of what brand axle was on my car. He took pictures of even a bolt that was changed on the car. When I went to pickup my car they only had interest in getting me to trade in my Jeep and finance a new one with them. If it’s not settled thru NYS Consumer Protection I’m going to utilize a law firm that I have access to just on the principle of the scam they tried to pull on me. More
