Actually I did not feel that my concerns or issue was resolved at all. I do not think I will ever go back to your Seekonk service center again. I discussed what happened with a gentleman that called, I would have thought he at least would offer to reimburse the $45 I paid for essentially nothing, or in the very least assure me he would follow up with the attending service staff to see what went wrong with the diagnosis of my vehicle. Had I listened to them I could have possibly spent a lot of money on unnecessary repairs. I understand mistakes happen - but on 2 consecutive visits?

Seeing as we did not satisfy you, I agree that we are not entitled to keep that money. Carl, I did not speak with your cousin, I spoke with a gentleman that was calling as a responding representative, so I do not hold your cousin responsible. I must admit I was disappointed in the resolve and had just given up. I have always heard good things about Tasca, hence our decision to go for service. I have heard many good things about you personally, so I feel that you are taking our concern seriously. I thank you for following up, and I will amend my review to reflect that. As a decent hardworking person, I do understand mistakes can happen, but again after the 2nd visit and consequently the ending result you can surely understand my disappointment in services paid for.
