My experience at Tasca here it goes… before going car shopping I had done a moderate amount of research prior to at the Tasca dealership. I was leaning to a particular model and needed a test drive to make my decision. I was planning to trade in and trading up my fairly new Subaru Forester which was purchased from a family member at below listed cost. This transaction allowed me to have a substantial amount of equity in the vehicle which I hoped to apply to the new car purchase. I was interested in either a Ford Edge or a Lincoln MKX. From the moment I entered the showroom I was ‘sized up’. Granted, I had just come from the gym and was wearing gym appropriate attire and a baseball hat. For some reason the chatty salesman was more focused on the local coaches and institutions for which they had vehicle contracts with. I was able to test drive both vehicles and was about to make a decision on a nicely equipped Lincoln MKX. When I returned back into the showroom to run numbers – conversation shifted from business to sport radio. After fielding several irrelevant questions about what I do and where, he swiftly brought in his sales manager to subject me to further sports banter. I allowed the manager to blather on for approximately 10-15 minutes to which I asked where did the original salesman go? (Over the sales manger’s shoulder just outside of the showroom floor I saw my salesman meeting with appointment- apparently a bigger fish.) The manager went back to his athletic feats of foolishness to which I rose to my feet and headed for the exit. At or around the door the original salesman and the manager stopped me and asked why I leaving … it’s obvious you don’t need MY business gentleman. Bottom line – they never looked at my trade or reviewed my total cash lay down …what a waste of time. I ended up going to another dealership and received better customer service and no hustle. Good luck Tasca – I will never go back to that club house. More

Still waiting for a set of car mats. Mats did not come with the car was told they were ordered have been waiting about 2 weeks now. Your sales manager was very rude and insulting. He said to the salesman who was helping me "I'm not very happy with this customer", then he came out of his office and said to me "I'm going to fire you as a to the salesman who was helping me "I'm not very happy with this customer", then he came out of his office and said to me "I'm going to fire you as a customer". This was all due to a used car that I had purchased and requested some repairs on. I ended up returning the car for a refund because he refused the repairs. I probably would have purchased a new car if these repairs could not be done under the warranty. But not after the way I had been treated. More

Mr Miller was very careful to home in exactly what I was interested in for a vehicle. I found him to be very knoledgeable; and on the very few things he wasn't absolutely sure of; he got the information ime interested in for a vehicle. I was struct by his complete honesty and willingness to satisfy us; so much so that we bought the car on the first visit. Honesty and trust are very high on my list of good personal traits. More
As all my purchases at Tasca an absolute pleasure every step of the way. I use to buy all my trucks from Joe who retired and my past two from Chanty who is excellent. He is very knowledgable on his vehicle, he strives to give me the best deal possible. He is also very efficient with his time management skills. He is a positive asset to the Tasca team. Eva in finance also an expert on what she does to obtain financing within your budget. Tasca promotes a positive attitude towards it's employees and it shows to us as customers. The service department is the best I have ever experienced, I like the way they always keep you updated on what service is being done. I have always been treated well by all. We are retired and stopped by to look at your vehicles, David Bailey came out and greeted us. I said I was intrested in the 2010 Lincoln MKZ but since I had been driving a Mercury Mountaineer, I didn't kno David Bailey came out and greeted us. I said I was intrested in the 2010 Lincoln MKZ but since I had been driving a Mercury Mountaineer, I didn't know whether I would find it too low. He offered to get me the keys and a plate and I went for a drive. It was wonderful. Our dealings with him have been a pleasure. I would definitely recommend your dealership but more than that I would tell them that David Bailey is the person to see. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. Working with Michael was a pleasure. I walked in saturday because my Honda had seen its last mile. By 3pm saturday i was driving home in my new focus.
