They do everything they can to solve issues; give great feedback, and are extraordinary to work with!! Oil change on 2018 Ram. I had to wait quite a while at the desk for one of the two service personnel to acknowledge I was there. Oil change was as expected and I was notifie I had to wait quite a while at the desk for one of the two service personnel to acknowledge I was there. Oil change was as expected and I was notified promptly it was complete. Friendly staff while picking up vehicle. Underside of truck was not cleaned off and dripped oil on my brand new concrete driveway. After the service I received a text from the dealership asking if everything went well and if not I could directly reply to the text. I recommended they have their technicians be more diligent wiping dirty oil after oil changes…no response, no apology. Overall experience is what you expect from a dealership these days. Not great, not horrible. More
Ridiculous that you send oil change reminder within the app then let someone make an appointment online only to show up and they say online doesn’t work and they don’t have you on the schedule. Their service has improved greatly over 6 or 7 years ago. We still want to receive a list of the things you check when a used vehicle is brought in, and then a list of what was actually done to the truck.
