I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response I received via phone calls from their service department. Left several messages asking to be kept updated and I always had to initiate contact with the received via phone calls from their service department. How can Tanner expect anything less than the rating given. The work was finally completed then I was contacted it was finished and amount I owed for the services done. More

Employees were considerate and caring. We’re prompt to write up service order and mentioned going to customer lounge. They are working in a space way too small for needs. Brought my jeep in for warranty work and got it back more broken than when I dropped it off. I picked it up and was on my way home when my service 4wd light came on…when I called I Was told that I would get broken than when I dropped it off. I picked it up and was on my way home when my service 4wd light came on…when I called I Was told that I would get put back on the schedule for repair. When I asked can’t I just bring it back I was told no. So instead of them fixing it right away I had to drive around with a new jeep with a broken 4wd system …it’s been 2 weeks and have never received a call. This is not the first time tanners has screwed me like this but it will be the last. I will never buy or have my vehicle serviced there again. They have lost my business and anyone I know will know my story. I have sence contacted their competition and am now in the process of get it it fixed. More
