Not enough communication on progress. Was told to bring vehicle the day before so they could listen to Engine tick while engine was cold. We towed our vehicle there one evening at 9pm. It was undriveable. The next day my husband saw the vehicle driving in town. A few days later we called for an update and we’re told no one had “asse It was undriveable. The next day my husband saw the vehicle driving in town. A few days later we called for an update and we’re told no one had “assessed” it yet. Two weeks later we called for another status update and it still hasn’t been looked at. That day they had it assessed and then it was ready 4 days later. When I got the vehicle back it was dirty inside, two screws laying on the mats and a tool. The mats for the middle of the vehicle were out and other parts that were not put back. We weren’t happy with the customer service at all. More
