Had a good experience at this service visit. Very much improved over last time. Although I wanted my wife to get a list of scheduled maintenance due which didn’t happen. After waiting 8 months for the vehicle it was not clean and inner trim was falling off. Tire pressures were 23, 28, 33, and 35. Have spent 15,000 there past year. The items in my center counsel were thrown from the center to the floor and also into the backseat. The coffee I had in my cup holder was thrown into the passenger side floor. They refuse to communicate on basically everything. When you call the service desk yourself for updates no one knows what’s going on and they will offer a call back but no one calls you back.
