Laura and the team are great. But I'm not sure I'll buy another Ram. Many many issues, sad as it's a good looking truck but it spends a lot of time getting looked at. Poor service, they charged $27 labor to put on 1 lug nut when my 2500 Ram was already in the shop for an oil change. The air filter was never checked and the washer fluid was down almost a gallon. When I go when my 2500 Ram was already in the shop for an oil change. The air filter was never checked and the washer fluid was down almost a gallon. When I got home, I checked the air filter myself and found it to be black with dirt and I added 3/4 of a gallon of washer fluid. The service review showed that my tires were all 9/32 tread depth when in reality they were all 6/32. Makes me wonder if they really checked anything at all or just drained the oil and guessed at everything else. More
When I picked up my jeep after service a warning light was on. I looked at the owners manual and couldn't determine what the light was. Had to take it back and thanks to Glen Ertl he recognized it and w was on. I looked at the owners manual and couldn't determine what the light was. Had to take it back and thanks to Glen Ertl he recognized it and went through a lot of menu items and fixed it. I have no idea how he fixed it but the jeep should not have been given back to me with a warning light on. Can't believe the technician didn't see it. Original problem was an air bag alert (3 time in 6 months). They told me it was a software bug and a fix would be coming. More
