While you’re waiting in the waiting room, they don’t work on your car the entire time, they move it in and out of their garage to squeeze as many people in. They have no sense of urgency. They tell you an ho on your car the entire time, they move it in and out of their garage to squeeze as many people in. They have no sense of urgency. They tell you an hour appointment, it becomes 3 hours and nothing gets done. Then they put it on you because you have to leave, when you gave them hours longer than they originally estimated. They tell you everything is fixed, when in fact it is not. For example, at my second appointment, I verified with Tabitha that everything was fixed, she said it was, and then I went to the parking lot, started my vehicle and the very issue I came in to have fixed, was still there. I walked back into the business and said, why is the --- light still on? She called over the guy who worked on the vehicle and he said oh, the part we put in didn't work so we have to fix it another time. I just paid my deductible, and I had an invoice that said the work was complete. He assured me that I would not be charged another deductible and that the only way to get my warranty to fix it was to say it was fixed that day. I am still very confused at how that was not fraudulent. That appointment was estimated to be an hour and I blocked 4 hours and it was still not done, all while I waited in their waiting area. This is the worst car repair shop I’ve ever been to. They’re more worried about their assembly line of vehicles than providing quality customer service. Their front desk staff has no idea what work is actually done. They also blamed the first issue on a former employee, somehow excusing all of their current mistakes. More
Very disappointed in the service we received. They had our vehicle for 45 days the first time. They replaced the transmission to the tune of 6000 dollars and we had it for 13 days and it stalled They had our vehicle for 45 days the first time. They replaced the transmission to the tune of 6000 dollars and we had it for 13 days and it stalled again. Back to Tanner for over 3 weeks and they couldn't find the problem. They didn't even wash our van and the gas tank was on empty. There was over half a tank when we dropped it off. While our vehicle was with Tanner both times we had to rent a vehicle which cost us hundreds of dollars. So disappointed! More
