Tanner let me down by not fixing my car the first time. I came to pick it up after a coolant leak and they told me everything was fixed am good to go. We didn’t get a block off the lot before it started bu I came to pick it up after a coolant leak and they told me everything was fixed am good to go. We didn’t get a block off the lot before it started bucking like a bronco and the check engine light turned on. We brought it back and subsequently paid them to fix a spark plug coil and replace all the spark plugs which did resolve the issue. My complaint is the mechanic claimed we brought it in with a check engine light but that he ignored it because we were there for a fluid leak. He never documented the check engine light, and we were never informed about it by the service advisor until after we returned with the malfunctioning Jeep. I was very disappointed to see their reckless regard for customer’s well being by not drawing our attention to the problem until we almost broke down driving off the lot. Since our visit, the Jeep needed new brakes. Needless to say, Tanner wasn’t given the opportunity to fix them. More
Have used this dealership for years, quality service. However this time while the customer service was still great I had a bad experience. I have an issue with my car, they told me the hood wasn't closed properly and that would fix the issue. I was charged $40 ish to close the hood. If that worked fine. It didn't. I made 4 stops on my way home, it happened 3x. So I called and left a message. On to day 3 and still no return call. More
