I was in for an oil change on a Saturday because that works best for me since I live and work 35 miles away. I asked about the 3 oil change package that I usually use. I was told that I couldn’t get one because they are only done by the service manager and that he doesn’t work on saturdays. I have gotten them before on Saturday I believe. And I was told that my coupon probably wouldn’t work for what I was needing. It was 10% off service or parts. But she said she could give me 10 % off. I did tell her that Tanner’s were getting to be a pain in the xxx to work with. When I was done and paid, leaving she said the service manager should be getting in touch with me, probably by the end of that week. It has now been 2 weeks and no word. I do not plan to be back to Tanner’s for my oil Changes in the future I have now heard from the service manager and we have cleared things and he said he has also informed the service dept of some changes that should help in the future More

We were sold a 2022 PEHV Grand Cherokee 4xe that the dealer's service department isn't equipped to maintain. From recalls to software updates that caused the turn signal flash rate to slow down, and, dealer's service department isn't equipped to maintain.
