Very disappointed in the service we received. They had our vehicle for 45 days the first time. They replaced the transmission to the tune of 6000 dollars and we had it for 13 days and it stalled They had our vehicle for 45 days the first time. They replaced the transmission to the tune of 6000 dollars and we had it for 13 days and it stalled again. Back to Tanner for over 3 weeks and they couldn't find the problem. They didn't even wash our van and the gas tank was on empty. There was over half a tank when we dropped it off. While our vehicle was with Tanner both times we had to rent a vehicle which cost us hundreds of dollars. So disappointed! More

The customer service representative got me an appointment right away quoted me 45 minutes to an hour to get an oil change and tire rotation, and they were done in about 30 minutes.
