Thank you for the review, I passed this on to my Service Manager Glen, who said that labor is included in our pricing however there are some coupons from the manufacturer that are worded a little different and as such we have to break out the costs differently, He is talking with all the service writers to make sure that on oil changes they are clear on the costs at check in, I do apologize for any misunderstanding, and am glad you found the snacks and refreshments in the waiting area satisfactory.
