We purchase a new vehicle every 2 - 3 years so we have had a lot of exposure to car salespeople. This will be the 3rd car I have purchased from this dealership. I continue to go back to Tampa Hondaland because they understand what the bottom line is when you provide them with what you can afford monthly and have always done their best to meet that goal. Everyone we have encountered from management, service department and sales have been helpful and courteous. When we are ready for our next vehicles Tampa Hondaland is where we will go and if Lilly is still there she will get our next sale. More

I told them my pricing needs and they truly helped me get the vehicle I really wanted, even though it was a bit under their desired price and a bit over my cash in hand. But we worked together to make it happen, and Mac did a great job, took care of the details, and treated me with professionalism and courtesy. I couldn't ask for more. All in all the whole experience was great. The ONLY issue (and why not all 5's) was that it always takes way too long to buy a car. No matter what make or what dealer, it always takes about 4 hours minimum and sometimes many many more. Other than that (beyond Mac's control) everything was perfectly great. They have literally given me the wings I need to secure a job, rebuild my life, and move forward.
