I would like to share our positive experience with buying a new CRV from Tampa Honda Land. My husband and I have collectively had 4 new Hondas and have never had a major problem with any of them. Unfortunately the first one, a Civic was in an accident and had a shorter life than expected, however the second, an Accord lasted for over 14 years. Our children have inherited our 2002 and 2006 Accords and are very happy with them. So, it was no surprise, even when we did a bit of research into some other car makers we came back to Honda. We know Tampa Honda Land has an excellent reputation, and passed another closer dealer to our home to go there. We have had the pleasure to work with Greg Rothfeld when we bought our 2006 Honda and knew he would help us again. Greg put us in direct contact with Mike Pelletier, who was very knowledgeable and was able to point out more features on the CRV than we were even aware of with our research. Mike was friendly, approachable, well educated, and made the car buying process a pleasant experience. Although we pretty much knew which type of vehicle we wanted, we went back several times deciding on colors and accessories, and Mike was always there to answer any questions we had. Every question, big or small was dealt with with ease. Mike made us feel like I were the only customer in the store, and made sure when we came back to visit he would be available for us. We love our CRV, so much that even though it was purchased for myself my husband finds every chance to drive it also. When we go out together, there is no question we are taking the CRV. Every aspect of the dealership was spot on, between the salesmen at the door greeting us, the receptionist, the financial man, and even the service people who graciously put on a front decorative plate on my car for me. I will highly recommend Tampa Honda Land and Mike Pelletier to my family and friends when they are car searching in the future. More

Honda makes a good product, paying attention to small details that can be very important to a buyer. The arm rests in the front are an example.
