It was my first time buying and financing a car and I had a good experience at this dealership. When I came I was not planning to buy a Honda but Amy was very helpful she explained how much exactly I would b a good experience at this dealership. I was happy that they also helped me get a good rate and price of my car. I went to other places but I decided to return to the dealership because Amy made was very honest and she had a great personality and gave me the options and the time I needed to make the decision according to my budget. She even helped me setup the shipping of my car which shows how committed she is to her job! More

My wife and I were with very pleased with our experience at Tampa Honda Land. Our sales associate, Angelo Albano, was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. There was no pressure to buy, but we did. Our experience with Dan Moser, Billy Han, and Mike Pelletier was outstanding. A great deal of time, care, and attention to detail were spent making sure we were happy, and we left the dealership with Pelletier was outstanding. She had the difficult task of helping one middle aged and two seniors who know nothing about cars much less buying one. I can tell you she was very sweet to All of us. She was very knowledgeable of every car I asked about ( that was a lot). Amy is very considerate with your feelings and patient. I changed my mind from buying a car to getting a CRV. She got me exactly what I wanted with everything I needed at a very reasonable price! I am so happy I thank Amy Simpson, her sales manager and my aunt everyday! I love love love my CRV!!! Go Amy! My husband and I were looking for a good used car for which we could pay cash. We searched Craig's List and found several dealers with vehicles in our price range. We visited two dealers before Tampa HondaLand and they acted like they didn't want to sell a car. When we went to Tampa HondaLand, Josh greeted us with a friendly smile and helpful attitude. He went above and beyond what we expected. He did not try to sell us more expensive cars and tried very hard to stay in our price range. We test drove the vehicle that we were interested in and it had a strange sound. He had the mechanic test drive and put the vehicle on the rack, so we would know what the problem was before buying it. We would highly recommend this dealership and Josh Capitano. More

The WORST buying experience of my life & i've dealt with SEVERAL dealers in my lifetime. The 1st rep left me to help someone else. He told me this other person had an emergency. Yet i heard what dealt with SEVERAL dealers in my lifetime. The 1st rep left me to help someone else. He told me this other person had an emergency. Yet i heard what they were talking about. NO emergency, just picking & choosing. The 2nd rep gave me a lot of false information. Then the Managers were no different. One of them, whom i've complained to, made an appt with me and when i showed up 20 minutes early, i find out he LEFT knowing i'm an hour and 30 minutes away. The 2 secretaries are in a SUPER rush to transfer u or get rid of u like they have something to do. They don't even let u finish what ur saying before they transfer u. When i called to complain, they want to back each other up. Yet i saw one the fooling around with a sales clerk there. No wonder she is so busy. I bought a car & it took 4 times to have the thing cleaned yet i was STILL not cleaned as the stains were STILL on it. That's 4 times i had to come back and forth to have it cleaned properly. Then after the 5th complaint, one of their reps takes my car to McDonalds to eat (i found their receipt with their credit card charge showing the time which is the same day AFTER i left my car with them). Ofcourse they TRIED to deny it til i showed them the receipt. Even then they STILL tried to deny it with the PROOF in their face. Guess what? I find the car was HIT on the side while IN THEIR CARE. After all the Managers and complaints, i wanted to cancel this deal & get my old car back. They would not give me back my old car. I found out they sold it right away. They would not get me a comperable replacement making so many excuses. Everytime i called, the secretaries knew it was me because of the phone number would try to brush me off & made it so obvious. The Managers did not want to deal with me. The general Manager was such a salesman & so full of it trying to be slick. I also noticed they tried cheating me on my finace application. When i brought that to the General Managers decision Dan, he tried to be slick about it & give all kinds of b/s as to why it was like that, on top trying to say that the truck was already dented while in my care & cover up for his people for the dent, the finance error slickness, not giving me back my old car & one of HIS workers using MY new car for a trip to McDonalds. Even a routine phone call here is like pulling teeth. There is still MORE i can complain about but if u potential buyers don't understand now & can't tell this place is not worth it for u to take a CHANCE on, then u deserve what u get. More
