All I can say is WOW! I can't say enough good things about the team of guys at Tampa Honda Land. We went in to buy a preowned vehicle this weekend and we were nothing short of spoiled. Our sales men were Ruben Sierra and Mike Pelletier. Ruben was amazing from start to finish. Very courteous and accommodating. He even kept an eye on our kids so we could go for a test drive! It did not even feel like we were buying a car. They were so relaxed and laid back and truly care about you as a customer. Mike Pelletier was there to help us as well. He made sure we were taken care of and all the small details were done as promised. Everything they promised us - they delivered on. Buying a used car can be a little scary because sometimes once you sign the dotted line your requests can get overlooked. Not at Tampa Hondaland - from the free hot chocolate and latte machine, to comfortable theater seating in the waiting area, finance is up front to speed the process and make the whole experience more personable. We were in and out of there in no time and I have never experienced such fast and efficient service. John Wyatt was our finance man and he was also personable and made the not so fun part actually light and easy. Finance went so smooth and every request we had John made it happen. Thank you John!! And speaking of finance and upper management, Majid Raffoul is the GSM of the entire dealership, but still took time to take care of a concern we had himself!!! You don't find that very often anywhere. To have a GSM that is involved on even the lower levels like this is why Tampa Honda Land is so awesome on every level. Yesterday, we had to come back in to take care of a minor issue with the van and the service department was even a step above other dealerships I have been to. Ray got us in and got us out. Mike just told me to call him in the morning and he would get us in. I called Mike in the morning and service got us right in and right out as promised. Mike even made sure that an accessory on the van that I needed got delivered to me as well. Mike makes you feel like he is just there to serve you and I know he has lots of other customers and work to do, but he makes you feel important and well taken care of. You can tell these guys work together to take care of each customer. They are like a well oiled machine that ensures everyone who is there to serve you will make your experience great!! Since purchasing new cars since 1967, this was rated the best experience of all. I told Jesus Torres that I was to old to haggle. Give us a good deal and we would purchase. We only visited a Toyota dealer to see what their vehicles looked like and was so greatly disappointed with every thing we experienced there that we came back to Tampa Honda Land the next day and completed new car purchase without visiting another Honda dealer. I should write a review every time I have my vehicle serviced at Tampa Hondaland - the service managers are always helpful and are kind enough to explain things well without being patronizing. I didn't used to take my vehicles to the dealer for service, but I have found it to be a valuable experience. This is the second vehicle we have purchased and serviced at Tampa Hondaland, and we'll keep coming back. I have sent many friends and family to them for vehicles and will continue to do so. 1. This was a poor experience for many reasons. We setup an appointment for 8 and arrived at 8. We did not leave until 11:15. 2. The sales person did not know the car all that well and did not input the an appointment for 8 and arrived at 8. We did not leave until 11:15. 2. The sales person did not know the car all that well and did not input the proper settings for the door locks that we asked for on the sheet. Why even give us the sheet if you are not going to do it... 3. During the actual purchase Jason and the Business Manager that we dealt with for Financing did a double sale with us and Jason. Now I may be a first time car buyer but typically the sales person you are buying from does not buy a car with you in the same office at the same time. This took the business managers time away from us and we were not able to ask as many questions as we wanted. 4. The gentlemen who walked us out and showed us the car was polite and knowledgeable. I do not remember his name but I would recommend him for sure. Jason will know who that was. 5. The experience was rated bad because we were first in and many people went ahead of us. I even submitted my credit application at around 9 A.M. that morning but could not get in touch with the credit manager all day to find out if we needed to submit anything else so the process would go smoother. In my opinion this happened because Jason did not want to tell us that it would change the priced depending on how we financed but we already knew that and instead it just hindered our purchase. Deception is a sad game when it is used on a customer. 6. I will never recommend your dealer. I am sorry we came in the first place to be honest. Tampa Honda Land is really in a sad state. What happened to sales being a prideful position. More
