J.B. Bean First of all I would like to take the time to thank you for your review and your very informative letter. I would like to cover your concerns at this time. Very happy to hear you got a good vehicle at a good price and your appreciation for our Dealership being able to meet your bottom line price AND deliver the truck you wanted. In taking delivery of your vehicle in the evening or late evening does create a vision issue which we try to catch everything but also realize we don't always catch it. Having said that, our intent is to have a 100% completely satisfied customer regardless of what it will take within reason. Yes we definitely could have and should have done a better job of inspecting the vehicle prior to delivery. We would not have been aware of the speakers being inoperative unless the stereo was turned on and demonstrated. Regarding the ticket you found. It was just there as I put the vehicle out to let a customer use it to test drive it. I can assure you that there is no 'hidden' history on this vehicle. We were not aware of the cup holder being damaged either. I am glad to hear that Eric explained and accepted the responsibility of the damage and we realize we all make mistakes. He is a very honest and dependable sales associate with our company and he immediately informed us of it as well. In closing, I just would like to thank you once again, for your very informative letter, and yes, we have come a long way, but also realize we certainly have room for improvement.
