My experience was awful this am 2/7/14, When I arrived there, a white Caucasian bold male with goat tee greeted me, sat inside his office,(Not friendly at all-I was being tossed around) ask for my name, l there, a white Caucasian bold male with goat tee greeted me, sat inside his office,(Not friendly at all-I was being tossed around) ask for my name, looked in the computer and handed the paper work to Diego I proceeded to explain to Diego I wanted to get my tire fix from a slow leak twice already and Diego Rodriguez was not a happy camper to see me again with the same issue. I was trying to explain what tire was having the problem and his eyes rolled. He was not providing eye to eye contact and was a little annoyed when I tried to explain as to why I was there for the second time. He ask me if I lived in a construction area my response was NO! He then walked away to the back and pulled out a binder/folder with all the services done on my vehicle. He made me feel very uncomfortable while I was explaining the situation. He questioned me several times regarding the tire issue as if I was make any faults story/allegation in regards to the valid information I was providing. I knew that instant moment our communication fell apart. I wanted to leave at that point but could not continue to put air in my tire weekly for a month and half. I got there at 7:15am and left at 9:20am frustrated with his customer service practices. Diego did not reach out to me through out one hour and half later and when he decide to see me to show me the tire already had a plug. I personally believe when I went their for the first time with the problem back in December 2013 they did not fix the problem from the beginning. I paid for labor twice back in December and again this morning the charge was $25.00 and the plug was 6 dollars and change. I would off been happier if he waved the labor cost for the time I was there sitting and feeling uncomfortable, I lost 3 hours of pay at work this morning and felt betrayed and ripped off. I will NOT visit HONDALAND again for any services, tires, engine, especially oil changes. This is my forth HONDA vehicle I have owed and not once I felt unsatisfied like the experiences I had today . I am person with dignity and practice what I preach. I am hard worker who manages 22 employees for HealthCare facility and truly believe 100% customer satisfaction , I did not get that from Honda land this morning. TAMPA HONDA LAND WAS WORTH THE DRIVE. THEY GAVE ME THE DEAL I HOPED FOR AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I CONFERRED WITH MIKE BY PHONE AND EMAIL AND THE DEAL WAS VERY EASY UPON ARRIVAL. Tansel Erten wrote up our financial papers. He refused to give us copies of any of the papers signed, saying he would send copies in the mail when our check cleared. We did not receive the papers, which we needed for the insurance company, so we returned to Honda Land. We were told Tansel was on vacation and after insistence on our part we were given a copy of the "retail buyer's order". When we looked at this order, we saw that there were charges on it that we did not want and in fact had signed a paper refusing these charges - an extended warranty as well as road hazard and GAP. We expressed our concerns about these charges being added when we clearly had refused them and about the initials and signature not matching the way it should look. We were assured by Billy that the charges for the extended warranty, road hazard and GAP would be removed. We were also told by Elie that Honda Land would contact the lender, Chase, to redo the loan to reflect the monthly payment we had agreed upon. Honda Land has NOT contacted Chase to remove the warranty, hazard and gap charges Nor redo the monthly payment. We will continue to pursue this matter. More
