Superb Customer Service!!! Mike ("P") Pelletier and Dan Foster. My wife and I started our new car-buying journey a few weeks ago. We received a few quotes and calls from nearest dealers. We were getting ready to close the deal with one of our closest dealer, because it was convenience. Well, we decided to expand our options with other dealers somewhat far away, just to see if we could find a better deal. Well, we sure did. I received a call from Mike ("P") Pelletier. He was very friendly and straight to the point. His deal was the best, big savings, so we decided to go Tampa Honda Land and take our chances while our stress levels continued to rise. We got there and finally met Mike P. He was very friendly and courteous, which took some of our stress out. We immediately started the process. He took us to see the new car to begin the test drive. He explained every detail about the car. We got back from test-driving the vehicle and immediately started the paperwork process. At this point, our stress level was lower, but we were not done with the final process. I wanted to trade-in my car and Mike P. and Dan Foster granted our wish after negotiations. Mike P. gave us the final number with the trade-in. WOW! Big savings compare to other dealers, we were very happy and satisfied. Our final process with Dan Foster was very pleasant. He was very friendly and professional as well. Our final price was even lower. We were shocked to see the final price; we could not remember the reason why the price was lower, but Dan's honesty, professionalism and care for his customers took the rest of the stress level out. We could not believe it. He did not have to do it, we would never know, but he did. We truly appreciate his honest gesture. Mike P. and Dan Foster are true professionals. The process was very fast. Mike P. delivered the vehicle and even took his time to sync our cellphones with the car and showed us how to setup and use the speed dial option. We successfully connected our cellphones and performed a test before we drove off. This is why my wife and I can say that our first new car buying experience was excellent, fast and stress free. This last purchase was my 3rd car in a row bought from hondaland, Unfortunately it will be my last as well. Once the car was picked out and the price was agreed upon, we signed our paperwork and went on o hondaland, Unfortunately it will be my last as well. Once the car was picked out and the price was agreed upon, we signed our paperwork and went on our way. the next day we get a call saying that they "missed a signature" and needed us to come in. The "missed signature" was not missed, it was that they could not hold up to their part of the deal and wanted us to pay more money. Now were looped back into a negotiation mach again where they now how the upper hand. Along with this, we referred a friend between this 3rd purchase and the 2nd purchase, we were told we would get 150 dollars for that.. We never saw that money, I asked when we were purchasing this car and still nothing was done to make it right. In short, I Feel that the dealership plays manipulative games to get you in the car and then comes back at you and changes the terms of your agreement. More

We just bought a new 2014 Honda CR-V at Tampa Honda Land and had a wonderful experience with our salesman, Mike Pelletier, who first helped me over the phone after an internet query and then was there to gr and had a wonderful experience with our salesman, Mike Pelletier, who first helped me over the phone after an internet query and then was there to greet us when we came into the dealership. He had a car ready to show us and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the features of the CR-V, and showed us several models. I wanted to go home with a car the same day, and he certainly made that happen! Our car buying experience was easy and Mike was very pleasant. We would definitely buy another car from this dealership the next time we are in the market. Thank you! More
Service after the sell? Not so much. Each and every time I had to bring my car(s) into their Service Dept. there was an issue. From them charging me for oil change which was covered/free under contrac time I had to bring my car(s) into their Service Dept. there was an issue. From them charging me for oil change which was covered/free under contract. To them not topping off the fluids. And recently not resetting the service light after servicing. I have brought this to the attention of Jeff King, the Service Manager to which I am not sure is being addressed. You can't schedule an appointment online nor do they return your calls when you leave a message. Save your money and do not spend extra money on service/warranty since they do not follow through nor seem to care about service. More
Had the relay switch replaced on my A/C last week, cycling on and off rapidly. After picking it up, the system then began to blow hot air when the thermostat was set to as low as 71-72 degrees. The system had overloaded due to the rapid cycling and the coolant drained out through the Schrader valve. Coolant level and the valve weren't checked on the first visit. Think taking it in for another visit would not have been necessary if that had been done on the first trip. More
