We engaged in a conversation about my next car needs and he did not hesitate in presenting the best deal he could get me according to what I was explaining I wished I could purchase next. Demetrios was very thorough and knowledgeable about the car industry overall, he was very detailed oriented when explaining the features of the desired car, he was friendly and very professional at all times, and finally, he let me have a test drive. Great buying experience My wife and I researched various makes and models of cars before deciding on 3. We then drove vehicles from local dealerships in the greater Tampa ar My wife and I researched various makes and models of cars before deciding on 3. We then drove vehicles from local dealerships in the greater Tampa area. We evaluated the vehicle for price, quality and features, and the dealership for quality of product, customer relations and knowledge of the vehicles they sold. The staff at two dealerships stood out for their knowledge of the make of vehicles we were looking at. The personnel at Tampa Honda, specifically Gerald Stumpf, were tops. Mr Stumpf was a wealth of knowledge and there was no question we had that he did not answer fully to our satisfaction. In comparing all the makes and models we looked at, the Honda CRV w/Navinagtion stood out as the best deal for the dollar. We entered nigotiations with numbers that were provided by our research of the market and by buying services that we had access to. We also brought a trade that was in great shape but vintage. Tampa Honda beat the best price we had found in our reseaqrch and even included some extras in the deal. They were more than fair in the value of our trade in. As with all dealers, we were prepared for the extra add ons like maintenance deals and upholstry/paint protection insurance which are always part of the nigotiations and which we knew we could take or leave. The offers were made but no high pressure to buy these extras. It was a busy day at the dealership so it took longer than I expected to complete the deal but at no time were we neglected and always felt as if we were the most important people in the dealership. Overall a very good buying experience. More
