Customer satisfaction ranks really LOW at this dealership I purchased my Honda from Tampa Honda on a Monday; Tuesday I explained to my seller that I was having a rough time adjusting to the dash controls. I I purchased my Honda from Tampa Honda on a Monday; Tuesday I explained to my seller that I was having a rough time adjusting to the dash controls. I am 5’8’’ and with my seat pushed back to accommodate my long legs it’s hard for me to reach the far right knob to manipulate the menu. On Wednesday I return to the dealership to cancel my extended warranty. After reviewing my documentation it seems I had purchased $3487 worth of warranty; the catch…I was told the warranty was $1888. The attitude I received was unpleasant and unprofessional. The dealership also requested that I return and resign my contract at a higher interest rate! So…the next day I return and talk with the General manager and explain to him that the car is just not working out for me…the dash knob was becoming unsafe for me to control and drive and the right side mirror was distracting and unsafe. He had no knowledge of the car itself. He told me the right side mirror must be positioned wrong and that’s why I can’t see clearly out of it (the mirror seems to have a magnifying effect to it), nor could he recommend a car where the menu could be controlled from the steering wheel so I wouldn’t have to reach over to control my menu while driving. He states there is no return policy, which I can understand; however, he could sell me an Audi or BMW! Then he goes to explain that the Buick I traded in was not a well-made car and that Honda was a much better car anyways. To add insult to injury…I call back the next day and ask my seller to explain to me which model has the additional controls on the steering wheel so that I could consider that car. That was 2 days ago and no returned phone call. Save yourself the trouble and go to Honda of Brandon or Kuhn Honda!!!! I am working hard to have Tampa Honda added to the bad business list for the military! More

Done with all dealers in THIS group We bought a used Certified Honda Accord for our teenager, and within 30 days the battery died and the transmission started to go. When returning to Ta We bought a used Certified Honda Accord for our teenager, and within 30 days the battery died and the transmission started to go. When returning to Tampa Honda, they kept reiterating the "as is" policy, but had their service department verify that the transmission needed replacing. They offered to split the inflated cost of a rebuilt transmission, make us pay full (inflated...gotta make $$) cost for a new transmission, or swap the car for a "similar priced" car. The problem is that what they claim we paid for the car versus what we were told didn't agree. They're forcing us to pay additional "dealer fees" among other things. Basically, we feel swindled. I'm a mom trying to do the right thing for my son. I should also add that the few cars on the lot we did somewhat like did not pass inspection while we were there!!! To that, we took our broken car home and are calling reputable mechanics we know to help us. Additionally, I plan on taking my Honda Oddysey to my local Ford dealership who advertises that they can service and repair all makes and models, so that Wesley Chapel Honda (same ownership) will no longer get my service business. It goes without saying that our family is through with Tampa Honda, Wesley Chapel Honda, and Wesley Chapel Toyota! I've driven Honda's for so many years, and given them so much business, and I'm perfectly fine sending all of my family and friends elsewhere. Shame on you Tampa Honda for overcharging us to begin with and now just refusing to "go above and beyond" and even simply meeting reasonable basic expectations behind a selling a "certified" car. Maybe in their eyes they did, but they have a long way to go in really just doing the right thing, even if it is less than highly profitable ....shame on them!!!! Warning...."certified" does not mean anything!!! Be very careful!!! Better Business Bureau, here I come!!! More

I was not planning on buying a Honda, but since my sister and niece both own Accords, I thought that I would take a look. I told Ali what I was looking for, he let me test drive one, and worked with me on a plan that met my expectations. He was very honest and NO pressure whatsoever! I purchased a 2014 Accord and worked with David Abad on the financing. Ali even helped me pair my iPhone to the Bluetooth in the car before I drove off the lot. A great experience overall! More
