The 2014 Civic was initially in our budget but after all the add-ons, the price was over our budget. I suggested we look in the used section and we found a 2013, just off lease, with only 6669 miles! And the price was right. Mr. Stone made the final sale a little tense when he surprised us with an effort to get us to buy a extended warranty for thousands of dollars. There was no mention of this in our discussions with Mr. Acosta. More

Straight to the point exquisite experience I was a bit worried about getting out of my car that I knew I had negative equity on. I received a call from Fitz in regards to my online inquiry and we talked about my situation and he asked me to come in and work the deal out. He knew exactly the model and color accord coupe I wanted and let me know his sister store had one that he could get for me. I arrived at the dealer, met with Fitz who was very down to earth, professional and didn't try to pressure me into anything that I didn't want. We drove a sedan, the same model of the coupe I wanted and then we started working numbers. A few minutes later he let me know he was going to head out to pick up my car. He introduced me to David Abad who would be taking care of the remainder of my paperwork. David was a pleasure to work with as well. He was personable, profession and patient. I couldn't think of a better team to work with in a car buying experience. This is the first time that buying a car was a pleasant experience.
